The noise is real. The exhaustion is real.

I'm here to show you the mechanics of how to shift it.

Ventral vagal companionship — slow, embodied, without asking you to "just live with it."

10% EffortAll progress happens at 10% effort — not by trying harder.

How it feels

You are not just hearing a sound; you are carrying a physical and emotional weight. We don't ask you to 'just live with it.' we show you how to unhook the system.

The chain: Feet → Ear

A blueprint of your body — tension travels upward until it reaches the ear.

1

Foundation

Feet — signal safety

2

Bridge

Hips & spine — release bracing

3

Resonance

Voice — wash the auditory nerves

4

Sanctuary

Ear — arrive in silence

Dual-Track Assessment

Dual-Track: every feeling question is followed by a mechanics check. At the end: your Somatic Profile — no numerical score.

How it feels

How isolated do you feel because of the noise?

The mechanics

Does the sound change when you rotate your neck?

How it feels

Does the sound feel like a constant "intruder" you are fighting?

The mechanics

Do you notice your shoulders rising toward your ears when you're tired?

How it feels

Does the ringing create a sense of "panic" in your chest?

The mechanics

Does the sound intensify when you clench your teeth or move your jaw?

How it feels

Do you feel like your head is a "noisy cage" you can't escape?

The mechanics

Is your tinnitus louder in the morning after a night of sleep?

How it feels

Is the exhaustion from the noise affecting your ability to connect with others?

The mechanics

Do you feel disconnected from the ground beneath you?

Feet → Ear

Why the Feet?

Your auditory system doesn't live in a vacuum. Chronic ringing is fueled by fascial tension in the jaw, neck, and even the soles of your feet. We use 10% effort micro-movements to bypass your protective reflexes and unhook the tension at the source.

The Path to Silence

Why we start at the feet — and why that is not arbitrary.

The Barrel Model Tension accumulates — then releases along the body path through three openings.
  1. Foundation
  2. Bridge
  3. Resonance
  1. Foundation (The Feet)

We start at the ground to signal safety to the nervous system.

  2. Alignment (The Hips & Spine)

We release the bracing that pulls on the neck.

  3. Resonance (The Voice)

We use gentle vocal vibrations to wash the auditory nerves.

  4. Sanctuary (The Ear)

We arrive at the ear, now that the surrounding tension is gone.

Vocal Resonance

Vibration = Mechanical Cleaning

Why a singer can help you: voice is not performance — it is a tool that gently clears fascial tension before it reaches the ear.

Gentle humming and Ng-Slide work wash the auditory pathway — an inner cleaning, not another fight against the sound.

A Taste of Resonance

"I can feel that vibration. It's the first thing that's made sense."

How the shift happens

1

Tune In

Learn to listen to your body's signals instead of fighting the sound.

2

Release

Dissolve the fascial tension and nervous system patterns holding the sound in place.

3

Shift

Support your brain's response to tinnitus through somatic practice and neuroplasticity.

Smaranda — yoga teacher, Reiki master, and somatic practitioner who supports people living with tinnitus.

About Smaranda

I'm Smaranda — a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Reiki master, and practitioner who works specifically with tinnitus and nervous-system regulation. My background is in computer engineering, so I understand both the wish for a clear explanation and the frustration when tests come back "normal", yet the sound stays.

I have lived with tinnitus for over ten years. It is still there — but it no longer runs my life. What changed was learning to work with my body: slowing down enough to feel where stress lives in tissue and breath, and helping my system feel safe enough to downshift. Being part of a choir taught me the physical power of vibration. When we sing together, we do not just hear the music; we feel it in our bones. I realized this same resonance could soothe the internal static of tinnitus.

My somatic training showed me the ear is the end of a physical chain. To quiet the head, we must first find ground in the feet. That is the spirit behind the Tinnitus Shift Method — structured, gentle practices (yin, fascia-aware release, breathwork, Reiki, and practical tools) so relief feels embodied, not like another thing to push through.

I am a student of the body and a lover of harmony, gently sharing what finally brought me — and can bring you — silence. If you have tried specialists, apps, and masking and still feel stuck in vigilance, you are not broken. Your nervous system may simply need a different conversation.
